O R D E R
1) The petitioner (wife) has filed this Transfer Petition
seeking transfer of HMA No.1020/2023 titled as Pramod
Mahananda v. Ranjita Mahananda filed by the respondent
(husband) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act,
1955, from Family Court, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh, to
Family Court, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
2) As per office report dated 29.11.2024, service is
complete on the respondent but there is no appearance on
his behalf, though an opportunity was afforded by this
Court.
3) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, in

the facts, we deem it appropriate to allow this transfer
petition and accordingly, HMA No.1020/2023 titled as
Pramod Mahananda v. Ranjita Mahananda filed by the
respondent (husband) under Section 13 of the Hindu

Family Court, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh, to Family
