Ld. counsel for respondent No.1 has filed counter
affidavit but it has been notified to be defective. Four
weeks’ time is granted for curing the defects.
Delay in taking fresh steps and filing fresh particulars
is condoned. Notice be issued to respondent Nos.2 to 8
immediately. Dasti, in addition, is allowed as prayed for.
Service is complete on respondent Nos.9-12 but none has
entered appearance.
