It is not in dispute that the offence has been

compounded qua the father of the appellant. The

appellant is a lady and the matter has also been

resolved inter se the parties.

In such view of the matter, the impugned

judgment is set aside and the order declaring the

appellant as a proclaimed offender stands quashed.

The appeal is allowed, accordingly.
