Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner,

to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to

the sole respondent.

As prayed, dasti in addition is permitted to be served.

Let the affidavit of dasti service be filed within a period of four

weeks.

It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for petitioner that

permission be granted to serve sole respondent also through e-mail

and whatsapp.

Let appropriate application in this regard be filed within a

period of two weeks.
