Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner,

to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to

the sole respondent.

Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.

Let the affidavit of dasti service be filed within a period of

four weeks.

It has also been requested by the Ld. Counsel for petitioner

that in addition service be permitted to be effected on sole

respondent through concerned Trial Court. Allowed. Let particulars

be filed within a period of two weeks.
