Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are granted four weeks’ time, as
last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.
Service is complete on respondent No.3 but none has
entered appearance.
Despite last opportunity having been granted, Ld. Counsel
for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service in
respect of respondent No.4.
Registry to process the matter for listing before the
Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
