UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The respondent no.2 is the complainant in this matter. The

petitioner no.1 is the married sister-in-law of Respondent no.2 and

the petitioner no.2 is the brother-in-law. The petitioners seek

quashing of proceedings in FIR No.66/1994 lodged by respondent no.2

for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 307 & 323 of

the IPC. Despite repeated efforts, service could not be effected

on the Respondent No.2.
