O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also the
parties who appeared through Online MODE.
2. Though the matter has been resolved between the parties
before the Mediation Centre and the terms of the Settlement
have been recorded, learned counsel for the parties submitted
that the application being I.A. D.No.258662 of 2023 may be
allowed by granting a decree of divorce.
3. Incidentally, all the proceedings of the interested
parties as enumerated in para 4, pertaining to criminal cases
are to be closed. Considering the aforesaid submission, in
order to avoid further delay and procedural delay, we are
inclined to allow the application filed in I.A. D.No.258662 of
2023.
4. Consequently, there shall be a decree for divorce
dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and the
respondent. Consequently, all the pending proceedings both

civil and criminal filed by inter se parties are accordingly
closed/quashed.
5. The Registry is directed to send copies of the order to
the respective courts and a decree shall also be drawn.
6. Further, we make it clear that both the parties are duty
bound to comply with the terms of the agreements as mentioned
in para 4 of the application.
