1. It is submitted by Ms. C.K. Sucharita, learned counsel for the
appellant that the instant matter was listed on 22.11.2024 and in
paragraphs 2 and 8 of the said order, there is a typographical
mistake.
2. The counsel points out that in paragraph 2, the State should
be read as State of Andhra Pradesh instead of State of Madhya
Pradesh.
3. The counsel then produces this Court’s order dated 06.05.2024
in the instant matter whereunder the appellant was granted
exemption from surrendering. It is accordingly submitted that the
consequential direction given in paragraph 8 for release of the
appellant was unnecessary.
4. Noting the above submission, the order dated 22.11.2024 be
corrected in the aforesaid terms.
