UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. In the present case, in a trial for offence under Sections 302

and 294(b) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the main witnesses PW-1

to PW-6 have been examined by the prosecution but the defence could

not cross-examine those witnesses on account of prolonged illness

of the advocate. However, an application under Section 311 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure for recall of those witnesses for cross-

examination filed by the accused had been reject...
