O R D E R
We have perused the report received from the District Legal
Services Authority, Civil Courts, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga, Bihar.
Along with the report, they have enclosed a photocopy of the hand
written letter written by Ms. Hu Miao stating that she wants to
live with the husband – the Petitioner – Gunjan Sinha alias Kanishk
Sinha. She has also stated that she has a daughter who is about 2
years and two months old.
Given the aforesaid facts, we partly allow the writ petition
with the direction that Ms. Hu Miao, wife of the petitioner -
Gunjan Sinha alias Kanishk Sinha, would be released on bail on
terms and conditions to be fixed by the trial court. She will be
entitled to live and stay with her husband – the petitioner -
Gunjan Sinha alias Kanishk Sinha. Further, the petitioner - Gunjan
Sinha alias Kanishk Sinha would be entitled to file a surety bond
before the trial court for release of Ms. Hu Miao.
The petitioner - Gunjan Sinha alias Kanishk Sinha and Ms. Hu
Miao will provide a mobile phone number on which they can be
contacted by the police authorities/Officers when Ms. Hu Miao is on

bail. We also direct that Ms. Hu Miao will not change her address
without informing the Court.
Ms. Hu Miao will also be entitled to apply...
