Till date, the affidavit of proof of service in respect of
respondent no. 2,4,5 and 6 has not been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent
no 2, and 4 to 6 are proforma parties and he will be moving an
application for deletion within 10 days.
Needful be done on or before 10.12.2024 failing which the name
of these respondents will struck of from the array of parties
without further reference to the Court.
