Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. B.P.S. Dhakray, learned counsel for the petitioner,

submits that in compliance with the order dated 01.08.2024 of this

Court, the petitioner appeared before the Director, AIIMS with all

medical references and has also attended on a few subsequent dates.

Learned counsel highlights the difficulty that, despite the

petitioner adhering to the directives of this Court, AIIMS has not

yet submitted the petitioner’s examination report.
