UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
As per office report, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has
not filed fresh particulars in respect of the sole respondent
despite last opportunity having been granted. However,ld.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that fresh particulars have
been filed on Saturday. Registry to verify. If particulars have
been filed, issue notice and list again on 17.03.2025. However,
if particulars have not been filed as abovementioned, Registry
to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in
Chambers for necessary directions.
