After having heard the learned Additional Solicitor General
for the appellant, and after perusal of the impugned order
passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New
Delhi, we find no reason to interfere as the appellant had
never challenged the order approving the Resolution Plan and
now, the Resolution Plan has been implemented.
The Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
Pending application is disposed of.
