1. The said application has been filed for deletion of respondent
no. 2 as the petitioner could not serve the respondent no. 2.
2. It is stated that the Divorce Petition of which transfer is
sought is filed by the respondent no. 1 and the respondent no. 2 is
just a proforma respondent and therefore deletion of respondent no.
2 from the array of parties could not effect the proceedings.
3. In view of the above, the prayer for deletion is allowed.
Respondent no. 2 is deleted from the array of parties. Cause title
be amended accordingly.
