1. The complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act,
1881 has been dismissed by the trial Court and so is the leave to appeal arising
therefrom in the High Court.
2. In view of the concurrent findings of the two courts below, we are not
inclined to interfere in the matter.
