The present review petition is defective. By order dated
22.10.2024, the review petition was directed to be re-circulated
along with a copy of the paper book of the special leave petition
and after curing of other defect(s). However, despite the counsel
for the petitioner being informed by the Registry, neither the
paper book of the special leave petition has been filed nor other
defects have been cured.
We are unable to pay due consideration to the review petition
in the absence of a record.
The review petition will be treated as dismissed in default.
