O R D E R
1. The present petition has been filed by
the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of
H.M.A.1321 of 2024 titled as "Nitin Chaudhary
vs. Sweety”, pending before the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, Gwalior,
Madhya Pradesh, to the Principal Judge,
Family Court, Camp at Gohana, Sonipat,
Haryana.
2. Though service is complete, no one has
put in appearance on behalf of the sole
respondent-husband.

3. After hearing the learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner, in our opinion, a
case is made out for transfer of divorce
proceedings as the petitioner is permanently
residing at Gohana, Sonipat, Haryana which is
more than 410 kms. from Gwalior, Madhya
Pradesh and it may be very difficult for her to
travel to Gwalior alone, she being dependent
on her old parents.
4. Accordingly, H.M.A. 1321 of 2024
titled as "Nitin Chaudhary vs. Sweety”,
pending before the Court of Principal Judge,
Family Court, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, is
hereby transferred to the Principal Judge,
Family Court, Camp at Gohana, Sonipat,
Haryana.
5. Records shall be sent promptly by the
Court where proceedings are pending to the
transferee Court.
