O R D E R
This transfer petition has been filed by the
petitioner-wife seeking transfer of petition filed by
the respondent-husband being Divorce Suit No.2(T) of
2023 titled "Gupteshwar Singh vs. Nilakshi Kushwaha"
pending before the Court of the Additional Deputy
Commissioner (Judicial) at Shillong, Meghalaya to the
Family Court, Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and
perused the material placed on record.
3. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such
consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds
urged by the petitioner and accept the same.
Therefore, petition being Divorce Suit No.2(T) of
2023 titled "Gupteshwar Singh vs. Nilakshi Kushwaha"

pending before the Court of the Additional Deputy
Commissioner (Judicial) at Shillong, Meghalaya is
ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Unnao,
Uttar Pradesh.
4. The Court at Shillong, Meghalaya shall send the
case record to the transferee Court promptly and
without any delay.
5. It will be open for the respondent-husband to
request the transferee Court for virtual hearing and
if necessary the Court will call the responde...
