1. The learned counsel appearing for the parties have

invited attention of this Court to the Settlement

Agreement dated 6th September, 2023 which is signed by

both of them and their respective advocates. The

Settlement Agreement has been signed before the learned

Mediator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The

settlement has been verified by the Registrar (Judicial

Listing) of this Court, after recording statements of the

parties. The report of the Registrar (Judicial Listing)

is on record. In terms of clause (3) of the Settlement

Agreement, a Demand Draft No.910086 dated 21st October,

2023 drawn on State Bank of India, Jabalpur Branch,

Madhya Pradesh for a sum of Rs.18,25,000/- (Rupees

eighteen lakhs twenty five thousand) has been handed over

by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-

husband to the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner-wife in the Court.

2. The marriage between the parties was solemnized on

15th April, 2019. There is no issue born from the

wedlock. The parties are staying separately for
