ORDER
The present transfer petition has been filed
by the petitioner seeking transfer of the HMA No.
A510 of 2021, titled as “Paresh Pachauri Vs.
Shreishti Tiwari”(subject-case), pending in the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane,
Maharashtra to the Family Court, Bilaspur,
Chhattisgarh.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Despite service of notice upon the
respondent, no one has entered appearance on his
behalf so far.
Considering the facts and circumstances of
the present case and that two other matters between
the parties, one arising out of F.I.R. No. 452 of
2022 registered with Police Station Sarkanda
District-Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and the other being
Maintenance Petition filed under Section 125 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure is pending in Court at

Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh it would be expedient in the
ends of justice to transfer the subject-case as
asked for by the petitioner.
The Court where proceedings are pending
shall transfer the records to the transferee Court
promptly and without any delay.
The Transfer Petition stands allowed
accordingly.
If video conferencing facility is available
with the transferee Court, the benefit of the same
shall be extended to the part...
