In the interest of justice, last opportunity of
six weeks time is granted to the petitioner to effect
service on respondent Nos.1 and 2 and file an affidavit
in proof of service.
If service is not effected within the aforesaid
period of six weeks, the petitioner would be at liberty
to move an application for substituted service in the
next two weeks thereafter. However, if compliance of the
above directions is not made, the Special Leave Petition
shall stand rejected to the extent of respondent Nos.1
and 2 for want of prosecution without further reference
to the court.
