O R D E R
1. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
Parties have filed a joint application (I.A. No. 256126 of
2023) for taking the settlement agreement dated 20.10.2023 on
record and order dissolving the marriage dated 27.01.2010
between (Meena Sharma) petitioner–wife and (Vaibhav Singhal)
respondent-husband.
2. The settlement agreement dated 20.10.2023 is duly signed by the
petitioner-wife and respondent-husband as well as the
respective counsel and Mediator of the Supreme Court Mediation
Centre.
3. The Settlement made in the settlement agreement is taken on
record and is treated as an undertaking to this Court.
4. Taking into consideration that the marriage between the
petitioner-wife and respondent-husband is irretrievably broken,
we, therefore, find that this is a fit case in which this Court

should invoke jurisdiction under Article 142 of the
Constitution of India and give an end to the relationship
between the parties.
5. The marriage between (Meena Sharma) petitioner–wife and
(Vaibhav Singhal) respondent-husband solemnized on 27.01.2010
stands dissolved by mutual consent on the terms and conditions
as stated in the settlement agr...
