We have heard learned counsel for the
parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and
circumstances, the Petition bearing No.3644/2019
titled as “Jagdish Kumar Sachdeva Vs. Chinki
Purswani” pending before the court of Principal
Judge, Family Court, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is
ordered to be transferred to a court of competent
jurisdiction at Kota, Rajasthan.
The court of Principal Judge, Family Court,
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, shall send the case records
to the transferee Court promptly and without any
delay.

The Transfer Petition is allowed in
aforesaid terms. Pending application(s), if any,
shall stand disposed of.
