UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner placing reliance upon

the registered partition deed of 1989 submitted that the very basis

for the suit falls to the ground.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents

submitted that the said deed, as rightly noted by the Court, has

neither been marked nor proved by the petitioners in the manner

known to law.

The aforesaid fact not being in dispute, we are not
