Three proceedings between the parties are already
pending in the courts at Una. Hence no case is made out
for passing an order of transfer. The petition is
rejected.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–
wife seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No.616 of 2023
titled "Virender Moudgil vs. Neha Mehra" pending before the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District –
Kaithal, Haryana to the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, District – Una, Himachal Pradesh.
As three other proceedings between the parties are
already pending in Courts in Una, a case is made out for
passing order of transfer. Therefore, Transfer Petition is
allowed.
Accordingly, Matrimonial Case No.616 of 2023 titled
as “Virender Moudgil versus Neha Mehra” pending before the
Court of Principal ...
