There are four petitioners in the present Special Leave
Petition. Notices were issued to them for making alternative
arrangement. Despite service, no one has put in appearance on
behalf of the petitioner nos.1 to 3 and petitioner no.4 is reported
to be dead.
2. As none appears for the petitioners, it is presumed that they
are not interested to pursue the present petition. Accordingly, the
Special Leave Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution in
the presence of learned AOR appearing for respondent nos.2 to 8.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
