O R D E R
1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC, the
petitioner - wife seeks transfer of the petition filed by the
respondent – husband in Original Suit No.564/2023 titled
“Ritesh Kumar vs Tanya Srivastava” pending before the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, at Dhanbad (Jharkhand) to the Court
of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow, U.P.
2. The respondent-husband, although served with the notice issued
by this Court yet has chosen not to remain present before this
Court either in-person or through an advocate.
3. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner –
wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her, the
Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered
accordingly.
4. Consequently, Original Suit No.564/2023 titled “Ritesh Kumar vs
Tanya Srivastava”, pending before the Court of Principal Judge,
Family Court, at Dhanbad (Jharkhand) is ordered to be transferred
to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow, U.P.

5. The entire record pertaining to the said case shall be
transmitted forthwith by the transferor court to the transferee
court
