Heard Ms. Charu Mathur, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner. Also heard Mr. Smarhar Singh, learned counsel appearing

for the State of Rajasthan.

2. The govt. counsel submits that the counter affidavit has been

filed and the State is supporting the informant as the cognizance

of the crime against the respondents nos.3, 4 and 5 by the High
