O R D E R
Having heard learned counsel appearing for the
parties and taking into consideration the contents of the
letter dated 08.06.2020 received from the Chief Justice
of Sikkim High Court, we deem it expedient to transfer
the writ appeal being W.A. No.03/2020 pending before the
Sikkim High Court, to the Guwahati High Court.
Ordered accordingly.
The Registry of the Sikkim High Court shall
forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid writ
appeal to the Guwahati High Court.
The Suo Moto Transfer Petition is disposed of
accordingly.
