1) The petitioner (wife) has filed this transfer petition
seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 18 of 2022, “Shri
Amarnath Kashinath Dalavi Vs. Sou. Asmita, W/o Amarnath
Dalavi” from Nipani, Karnataka to Pune, Maharashtra.
2) Since in the aforesaid proceedings, evidence of
respondent (husband) is over and the evidence of the
petitioner has to be recorded, therefore looking to the stage of
this case, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition.
3) The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
