O R D E R
Heard Ms. Shehla Chaudhary, learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner (wife). Also heard Mr.
Santosh Narayan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the
respondent (husband).
2. The mediation proved to be unsuccessful and
accordingly the Transfer Petition is taken up for
consideration.
3. As can be seen, the maintenance case filed by the
petitioner against the respondent and the criminal
complaint filed by her against the respondent and few of
his family members, are pending before the forums at
Ambala City, Haryana. Moreover, the petitioner is staying
in her parental home at Ambala.
4. Having considered the above and the fact that the
respondent has to, in any case, deal with the other two
proceedings at Ambala city, we deem it appropriate to
order transfer of the HMA Case No.325 of 2024 titled
“Shashwat vs. Jyoti”, pending before Principal Judge, East

District, Family Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala City,
Haryana. It is ordered accordingly...
