O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. We have heard the learned Senior Counsel for the appellant and
the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The appellant is present before us, and the respondent is also
present through video conferencing.
4. An application (IA No.141245/2025) has been filed by
respondent. no. 01 seeking permission to file additional
documents. The said IA contains a settlement agreement, dated
30.04.2025, duly signed by the parties and attested by the
learned counsel for the parties and the learned Mediator. The
learned Senior Counsel for the appellant and the learned
counsel for the respondent submitted that the appeals may be
disposed of in terms of the said agreement.
5. The appellant, who is present before us, has received a cheque
for a sum of Rs. 99,00,000/-, which is handed over by the
learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the copy of
which is placed on the file.
6. The Settlement Agreement dated 30.04.2025 shall form part and

parcel of the order being passed by us.
7. Accordingly, there shall be a decree in terms of the
Settlement Agreement.
