The instant transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner
herein seeking transfer of the proceedings of F.C.O.P. No. 1643 of
2022 titled as ‘Panuganti Srinivas Rao v. Smt. Kalabarigi
Pratyusha’ from the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy
District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad to the Principal Judge, Family
Court, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. The record of proceedings
reveals a very sorry state of affairs involving negligence and
lackadaisical state of affairs at various levels.
