Application for substitution to bring on record the
legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1 is allowed
after condoning the delay and setting aside abatement.
Leave granted.
Notwithstanding the service of notice, no one has
entered appearance on behalf of the second respondent.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants
and the learned counsel appearing for the legal
representatives of the original respondent.
The Uttar Pradesh State Public Services Tribunal
(for short, "the Tribunal"), Lucknow passed the following
order:
"On the basis of above observation, the
petition is allowed. The opposite parties to
consider petitioner's promotion on the post of
Manager Gramodyog from the date when Sh.N.K.Dixit
was promoted to the post of Manager on 18-10-1996
along with all the consequential benefits. And

also to pay the difference of wages for the
period of reversion from 18-12-1990 to 21-12-
2001, considering as if the reversion order had
not been passed against him. The Opposite
parties to ensure the compliance of this order...
