1. This Court has been informed that the respondent -

Masihuddin Ahmad Khan, who was convicted and sentenced for two

years rigorous imprisonment by the Special Judge, Lucknow for the

offences punishable under Sections 7 & 13(2) read with Section

13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act which has been

upheld by the High Court, has been passed away on 12.04.2021.

2. Consequently, the present appeal stands abated to that

extent.

3. All pending applications stand disposed of.
