We take this statement of learned counsel on record. We make it absolutely clear that the premises cannot be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever and in the event the premises is found to be used for any commercial purpose, the Tribunal may pass appropriate orders for demolition as has been done in the impugned order. Since the matter is already pending before the National Green Tribunal, we request the Tribunal to hear the matter on merits.
