O R D E R
1. Heard Mr. Ishwar Singh Rathore, learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner (wife). Also heard Mr. Amit Khatri, learned counsel
appearing for the respondent (husband).
2. From the submissions of the learned counsel, it can be
inferred that three other proceedings filed by the petitioner
against the respondent, are pending before the Prayagraj Court.
The minor daughter born to the couple is residing with the mother
and she is currently occupying the Government quarter in Allahabad,
allotted to the respondent.
3. Having considered the circumstances and more particularly the
fact that the respondent in any case has to appear and contest the
three other proceedings in the Prayagraj Court, we allow the
transfer petition. The divorce petition being RCSHM No. 853 of
2023 titled “Lt. Col. Gaurav Pathania v. Richa Singh Pathania”,
pending before the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Jabalpur,
Madhya Pradesh is directed to be transferred to the Ld. Principal
Judge, Family Court, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
4. Records of the case should be immediately transferred to the
transferee court.
