UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Office report dated 10th August, 2015 indicates that
the special leave petition is defective and the defects have
been communicated to the learned counsel for the
petitioners.
Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel
for the petitioners to cure the defects, failing which the
special leave petition shall stand dismissed without further
reference to the Court.
Any application for restoration shall be entertained
only after payment of Rs.1,000/- to the Supreme Court Legal
Services Committee.
