UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is unable
to serve the legal heir no. 1(3) of deceased sole petitioner and
prays for deletion of proposed respondent no. 1(3) from the array
of parties. Accordingly, subject to just exceptions, name of
proposed respondent no. 1(3) is directed to be deleted from the
array of parties.
Amended memo of parties may be filed within two weeks from
today.
I.A. No. 188848/2022 is disposed of in terms of the above
order.
