1. The present petition has been filed by the
petitioners seeking transfer of Criminal Case bearing RCC
No.150 of 2017 titled "Vijay Mohan Harde v. Syed Mohd.
Rizwan Ahmed & Anr." pending before the Judicial
Magistrate, First Class, Shrirampur, District Ahmednagar,
Maharashtra to the Judicial Magistrate at Patiala House
Court, New Delhi.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we do
not find that any case is made out for transfer of the case.
3. The Transfer Petition is accordingly dismissed.
