The petitioner has not surrendered in spite of repeated
opportunities given by order dated 09.08.2024 and 15.10.2024.
In the interest of justice time till 10.12.2024 is granted to
petitioner to surrender and place the custody certificate on
record, failing which the matter stands rejected for want of
prosecution without further reference to the Court.
