DEEPALI MEHTA PETITIONER(S)

VERSUS

YUDHISTHIR CHAUDHARY RESPONDENT(S)

O R D E R

1. Heard Mrs. K. Sarada Devi, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner (wife). Ms. Tanushree Rao, learned counsel appears for

the respondent (husband).

2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel that the petitioner

with the 6 year old son, is residing in her parental home at Delhi.

It is then submitted that the case filed by the petitioner under

the Domestic Violence Act and also the claim for maintenance

against the respondent, are both pending before the Courts in

Delhi.

3. On the other hand, Ms. Tanushree Rao, learned counsel submits

that distance between the Ghaziabad Court and the Karkardooma Court

is not too much.

4. Having considered the attending circumstances, we allow the

transfer petition. The Petition No. 2292 of 2023 titled

of Principal Civil Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad is directed to be

transferred to the Family Court, Karkardooma, Delhi.

transferee court.
