O R D E R
1) The present petition is filed by the
petitioner(wife) seeking transfer of O.P. No. 3440
of 2024 titled as Abilash KS v. Sunitha P. filed by
the respondent (husband) under Section 13(1)(i)(a)
of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before
Family Court, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to the Family
Court, Palakkad, Kerala.
2) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
respondent (husband) has made a statement at the Bar
and contended that the Divorce Petition, viz., O.P.
No. 3440 of 2024 of which transfer is prayed for,
has been withdrawn; reference thereto is given in

the compliance affidavit dated 08.12.2025.
3) Considering the aforesaid, we dismiss this
transfer petition as infructuous.
