O R D E R
This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife,
seeking the following reliefs:
“a) Transfer of trial of the Case No.144/2022 CNR Number HPUN04-006015-2022 titled “Ruchi vs. Varun Dutta & Ors. pending before Civil Judge – cum – JMFC TC Amb, District Una, Himachal Pradesh to competent court District Court Ghaziabad at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
b) pass any other order or instructions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.”
During the pendency of this petition, the matter was
referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
Learned counsel for the respective parties submitted
that the parties have arrived at a mediated settlement
inasmuch as the parties do not wish to continue their
marriage and seek dissolution of their marriage by a decree
of divorce by mutual consent. The terms of settlement have
been de-alienated in the Settlement Agreement, which has
been filed by the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.

Learned counsel for the respective parties further
