These appeals challenge the order dated
29.08.2024 in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail
Application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. No. 1958 of 2024 and
final order dated 17.10.2024 in Criminal Misc.
Anticipatory Bail Application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. No.
2341 of 2024 passed by the High Court of
Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow.
Apprehending arrest in connection with crime
registered pursuant to FIR No. 40 of 2022 lodged
with P.S. Masauli, District Barabanki, in respect
of the offences punishable under Sections 417,

420, 406, 506, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code
1860, the appellant preferred an application
before the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in
terms of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 (“the Code” for short).
Said application for anticipatory bail has
been rejected by the High Court vide the impugned
order dated 29.08.2024. Thereafter, the appellant
preferred second application before the High Court
seeking anticipatory bail which has also been
rejected by the High Court vide the impugned order
dated 17.10.2024.
Hence, instant appeals have been preferred.
