O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife has filed the present petition before
this Court under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 seeking transfer of G and WC No.58/2024 and M.C No.
1096/2024 titled as “Vickramh Kkalmady vs Anshudeep
Maheshwari", pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, Bengaluru to the competent court of Principal Judge
Family Court, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and
taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer

petitions, we allow the transfer petitions and direct transfer
of the G and WC No.58/2024 and M.C. No.1096/2024 titled as
“Vickramh Kkalmady vs Anshudeep Maheshwari", pending in the
court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to the
competent court of Principal Judge Family Court, Gwalior,
Madhya Pradesh.
3. Let the record of the cases be transferred without delay.
4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for
compliance.

transferee Court, the benefit of the same shall be extended to...
