O R D E R
This petition is filed seeking transfer of petition being MNT
Petition No. 280 of 2019, titled “Smt. Shilpi Sharma and Ors. Vs.
Sh.Praveen Sharma” pending before the learned District Judge,
Family Court, Gurgaon, Haryana to the learned District Judge,
Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi.
2. Despite service of notice, neither the respondent nor anyone
on his behalf is present.
3. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we
do not find it a fit case to allow the prayer for transfer.
Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is dismissed.
4. However, as has been submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner, she is at liberty to make a request to the Court
concerned for referring the matter to mediation, at the initial
stage.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
