We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Despite service, no one is present on behalf of the respondent.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case
particularly the fact that the petitioner has 1½ years old son,
it is in the interest of justice to allow the transfer petition
and transfer the case being M.C. NO. 5012 of 2017 titled Mr.
Sharoon Krishna v. Mrs. Preesha Gangadharan C. pending before
the IV Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore
(Karnataka) to the Family Court, Thalassery, Kerala.
We accordingly do so and transfer the case being M.C. NO.
5012 of 2017 titled Mr. Sharoon Krishna v. Mrs. Preesha
Gangadharan C. from the IV Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court,
Bangalore (Karnataka) to the Family Court, Thalassery, Kerala.
The transfer petition is allowed.
